Added restart button and high score update function(다시시작버튼 과 최고점수갱신 기능 추가)

게임종료 후 현재 점수 와 최고 점수를 확인 할 수 있는 UI를 추가 게임종료 후 다시 하기 버튼을 추가해서 게임 재시작 가능
